From 2005-2015, Dr See served as Medical Officer and ENT Medical Officer in Penang General Hospital, Kepala Batas Hospital and UKM Medical Centre. During that period of time, he received Anugerah Perkhidmatan Cemerlang from Ministry of Health Malaysia and Best Dissector Award in Head and Neck Cadaveric Dissection Course.

Dr See completed his Masters Degree of MS ORL HNS from University Kebangsaan Malaysia in 2015. He was awarded with Marhakim Award for outstanding student in the final examination of Master in Otorhinolaryngology and Head & Neck Surgery 2015, bestowed by the Malaysian Society of Otorhinolaryngologists and Head & Neck Surgeons. At the same time, he was also awarded with Anugerah Prof Dr Abdullah Sani Mohamed by University Kebangsaan Malaysia.

He is also a Lecturer in Penang Medical College, teaching 4th year ORL posting medical students. Some of the courses attended were ‘Joint International Endoscopic Neuro-ENT Skull Base’ and ‘Temporal Bone Dissection’.
